03 — Application

Apply to become a framework supplier

Tell us what you supply and where you deliver. We reply by email after reviewing your application.
Categories you supply

Choose every category you can supply. Members can buy in the open categories today.

Countries, regions or cities, and any minimum order per delivery.

04 — Questions

Supplier questions

How do suppliers join?

Suppliers apply on the suppliers page. We review delivery coverage, pricing, capacity and certifications, then agree framework terms before listing a supplier for members.

Do suppliers have to give exclusivity?

No. Suppliers keep their other customers and channels. Members are also free to buy elsewhere.

Who pays the supplier?

The member pays the supplier directly, on the supplier's invoice and payment terms. BuyCux is not part of the payment for goods.

What is a framework price?

A price agreed in advance between BuyCux and a supplier for a defined product, pack size and delivery area. Members order at that price without negotiating each order themselves. Framework prices are reviewed with suppliers and can change. Your dashboard always shows the current price.
