Buy together, order directly

BuyCux is software for buying together. Members get framework prices and send purchase requests. Suppliers deliver and invoice members directly.

From joining to your first order

    Become a member

    Pick a plan and tell us about your business, your locations and the categories you buy.

    • Choose Founding, Basic or Pro, billed monthly or yearly.
    • Add your business details, your locations and the categories you buy.
    • Framework prices for the open categories are available as soon as your membership is active.

    Request

    Ask for what you need

    Use framework prices in the open categories, or send a purchase request and compare supplier quotes.

    • Framework prices: the agreed price for each product in the open categories.
    • Purchase requests: describe what you need and we collect quotes from suppliers that cover your area.
    • Category requests: ask for the next category you need.

    Buy

    Order from the supplier

    The supplier delivers and invoices you directly, at the framework price. You pay the supplier.

    • You order from the supplier and pay the supplier, on the supplier's invoice.
    • The supplier delivers to you on their usual delivery terms.
    • Every quote shows the saving, so you know what you save before you order.

02 — Where the money goes

Two separate payments, never mixed

Your membership and your goods are paid to different parties, so it is always clear what you are paying for.

Membership

Paid to BuyCux

A monthly or yearly software fee. Orders are processed by Paddle.com, our reseller and merchant of record, which issues the invoice. Your first payment is covered by a 30-day money-back.

Goods

Paid to the supplier

At the framework price, on the supplier's invoice and payment terms. BuyCux is not part of that payment.

How suppliers join

Suppliers keep their other customers, set their own payment terms and invoice members directly.
