How billing works
Prices and renewal
Prices are in US dollars before tax. Where your local currency is available, the plan cards show your local price including tax.
Monthly plans renew every month and yearly plans every year until you cancel. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
Who you pay
Membership orders are processed by Paddle.com, our online reseller and merchant of record. Paddle handles payment, invoices, VAT and sales tax, and refunds. See the terms and the refund policy, including the 30-day money-back on your first payment.
Goods are not part of the membership. You buy them from suppliers and pay the supplier.

Billing questions
Who processes my payment?
Paddle.com, our online reseller and merchant of record. Paddle takes the payment, issues the invoice, handles sales tax and VAT, and processes refunds. Your bank statement shows the charge as coming from Paddle.
Are prices shown with tax?
Prices in US dollars on the pricing page are before tax. VAT or sales tax is added at checkout where it applies. Where your local currency is available, the pricing page shows the local price including tax.
Is there a contract or minimum term?
No. Monthly memberships renew each month and you can cancel at any time. Your membership stays active until the end of the period you have paid for. Yearly memberships are paid upfront for twelve months at the price of ten.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. If BuyCux is not right for you, ask within 30 days of your first membership payment and we refund it in full. Renewal payments after that are not refundable, except where the law requires it.
What is the Founding membership?
Founding membership is open to the first 100 members. It includes every open category and purchase requests with the saving shown on every quote, plus priority support. The Founding price stays fixed for as long as your membership stays active.
What happens to the Founding price if I cancel?
The Founding price applies while your membership stays active. If you cancel and rejoin later, the plans and prices available at that time apply.
Can I change plan or billing period?
Yes. Contact support or use the billing settings in your dashboard. We confirm how the change is billed before it takes effect.
