Terms of service

These terms cover the BuyCux membership, a procurement software subscription for businesses. BuyCux does not sell goods.

Last updated: 7 October 2026

1. Who we are

BuyCux (the "Service") is provided by PROCUX Technology Inc. ("we", "us"), Ege University Technopark, İnci Building, No. 103, Bornova, İzmir, Türkiye. You can reach us at support@buycux.com or +90 266 606 06 93.

These terms form the agreement between us and the business that holds a BuyCux account ("you", the "member"). By creating an account or starting a membership you accept them on behalf of that business.

2. What the Service is

BuyCux is procurement software sold as a membership. Members get access to framework prices that we agree with independent wholesale suppliers, purchase requests, category requests, savings shown on quotes and related tools. Some features are marked as coming soon and are not part of the Service until they are released.

The Service is for businesses. By joining you confirm that you act for a business, such as a cafe, shop, bakery, restaurant or hotel, and not as a private consumer.

3. BuyCux does not sell goods

  • We do not sell, stock, deliver or take payment for goods.
  • When you order from a supplier, the contract for those goods is between you and the supplier, on the supplier's own terms, invoice and payment terms. The supplier is responsible for the goods, their delivery, quality, returns and invoicing.
  • Framework prices are agreed in advance with suppliers for defined products, pack sizes and delivery areas. They can change. The price that applies is the current price shown in your dashboard or confirmed by the supplier.
  • Savings figures on our website are indicative. We do not guarantee that you will save any particular amount.

4. Plans, billing and renewal

The plans and prices are listed on the pricing page. Plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance. A yearly plan costs ten times the monthly price.

Your membership renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. We may change prices for future billing periods. We will email you at least 30 days before a price change applies to you, and you can cancel before it takes effect.

Founding membership

The Founding plan is available to the first 100 members. Its price stays the same for as long as your membership stays active without interruption, on monthly or yearly billing. If the membership ends, the Founding price ends with it, and rejoining later is at the plans and prices available at that time.

5. Our reseller: Paddle

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle takes the payment, issues the invoice, collects and remits sales tax and VAT where they apply, and processes refunds. Paddle's buyer terms apply to your purchase of the membership. We remain responsible for the Service itself and for supporting you in using it.

6. Refunds

The first payment of a new membership is covered by a 30-day money-back. Renewal payments are not refundable except where the law requires it. The refund policy explains how to ask for a refund.

7. Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from the billing settings in your dashboard or by emailing support@buycux.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then.

8. Your account and your obligations

  • Give accurate information about your business and keep it up to date.
  • Keep your sign-in details secure. You are responsible for what happens under your account, and you should tell us straight away if you think someone else has access to it.
  • Use the Service for your own business purchasing.
  • Keep framework prices, supplier terms and other member-only information within your business. Do not publish them or pass them to third parties without our written permission.
  • Do not misuse the Service. That includes scraping or copying it, reverse engineering it, trying to get around its security, overloading it, or using it for anything unlawful.
  • Pay suppliers for the goods you order from them, according to their terms.

9. Suppliers

Suppliers on BuyCux are independent businesses. We review suppliers before listing them, but we do not control their goods, deliveries or invoices, and we are not a party to your contracts with them. Disputes about goods are between you and the supplier. Please tell us about any serious problem with a supplier: we may review or remove the supplier's listing.

10. Your data

We handle personal data as described in the privacy policy. We use your purchasing information to provide the Service, for example to route purchase requests and show the saving on quotes. We may use combined information about member demand, which does not identify you or your business, to negotiate framework prices.

11. Availability and changes to the Service

We work to keep the Service available, but we do not promise uninterrupted access. We may change, improve or retire features. If a change significantly reduces what the Service does for you, we will tell you in advance, and you may cancel and ask for a refund of any prepaid period you will not use.

12. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your membership if you seriously or repeatedly breach these terms, for example by not paying, misusing the Service or sharing member-only information. Where it is reasonable, we will tell you first and give you a chance to put things right. If we end your membership without such a reason, we will refund the unused part of any prepaid period.

13. Liability

The Service is provided for business use. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or for goods supplied by suppliers, and our total liability to you in any twelve months is limited to the membership fees you paid in that period. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we will email members at least 30 days before it takes effect. If you do not agree, you can cancel before then. The date at the top of this page shows when the terms last changed.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of İzmir have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory rights you have under the law of the country where your business is established.
